The charity office
A small US charity's public site and the office behind it. Gifts and donors in one place, expenses beside them, a newsletter sent from the same records, sign-ups for benefit evenings, and reports the board can read.
This one stays unnamed, and this page stays out of search engines, at the charity's request. In the screenshots the name and logo are covered and every amount is blurred.

Reports
Giving, read plainly
Every chart answers one question a board member would ask out loud. Benefit evenings are marked on the timeline, so the effect of each one is plain to see.

What it does
- A gift is written down as promised. A person confirms it arrived, and only confirmed gifts count in any total or send a receipt.
- Card and bank details never touch the site. Gifts arrive by card, payment app or check, and are recorded here.
- Who can see money is a switch per person. Every admin action goes in an activity log, and every sign-in in a sign-in log.
- Expense reports and their categories sit beside the gifts, so both sides of the books are in one place.
- The newsletter is written in blocks, and shows the exact email subscribers will get before anything is sent.
- Public pages set no cookies for ordinary visitors.
